Beginning in 2000, the Daniels family began a 15-month renovation project of converting a 2-family home to a single family home. The goal was to remain true to the architectural aspects of a 20th century Craftsman style home, while at the same time incorporating the efficiency and functionality of a 21st Century "Smart Home". They extended all levels of the home 10 feet wider and rebuilt the entire 3rd floor. The interior was renovated using top quality materials and technology.
